These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Hispaads Travel (hispaads.com), an independent travel information website owned and operated personally by Martín Calatrava Bol in Spain.

Hispaads publishes destination guides, hotel advice, trip-planning information, comparisons and other travel-related editorial content. The website does not act as a travel agency, hotel, airline or booking platform unless a specific service is expressly identified as such.

Hispaads aims to provide useful, researched and current information. Research-based articles are not presented as first-hand travel experiences unless that genuinely applies. Travel information can change, so time-sensitive details such as prices, schedules, taxes, entry requirements, availability and local rules should be verified with the relevant official source before making decisions.

Unless otherwise stated, original content created for Hispaads Travel, including text, graphics, branding and original media, is protected by applicable intellectual-property legislation.
